With over a decade of experience in the fitness and aquatic industry, Ting Fang brings a powerful fusion of strength, endurance, and mind-body connection to every session. Starting as a competitive badminton and taekwondo athlete during her ITE years, she has since expanded her training across Muay Thai, swimming, yoga, Pilates, and functional fitness.
A certified personal trainer and AUSTSWIM-qualified swim coach, Ting Fang has over 10 years of swim coaching experience and more than 7 years as a personal trainer. Her Muay Thai journey spans over 5 years, and she holds Pad Holding certifications (Levels 1–3), enabling her to coach both beginners and advanced practitioners in Muay Thai and kickboxing.
Ting Fang is passionate about continuous self-growth and empowering others through movement—on land and in water. Her dynamic, multidisciplinary approach inspires clients to break limits—mentally and physically.
