This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all members, customers, and users of services provided by NTG Fight & Fitness Singapore, a brand operated by Ayur Sports Management Pte. Ltd., located at 491B River Valley Road, #02-01, Singapore 248373.
By purchasing a membership, package, class, or any service from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. General Policy on Refunds
• All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy or under special exceptions explicitly approved by management.
• Refunds will be provided only under extraordinary circumstances, subject to verification, approval, and administrative processing.
• Any refund, once approved, shall be made within 14 to 30 working days.
• NTG Fight & Fitness Singapore reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the criteria defined in this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
• One-time class passes or drop-in sessions
• Personal training sessions once scheduled and attended
• Merchandise or retail items purchased at the facility
• Booking fees, convenience fees, or platform charges (if any)
• Missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts

3. Refund Eligibility for Memberships and Packages
Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

a. Medical Inability to Continue
If a member provides official medical certification (from a licensed physician) indicating they are medically unfit to continue training:
• A prorated refund may be issued for the unused portion of the membership, minus an administrative fee of SGD 100.
• Alternatively, the unused value may be converted into training credits valid for up to 6 months from date of approval.

b. Relocation or International Transfer
If a member is relocating permanently from Singapore and submits valid proof (such as visa, employment documents, or relocation letters):
• A partial refund may be granted for the remaining unused membership period, subject to an early termination fee of SGD 100.

c. Duplicate Transactions or Billing Errors
If a billing error or duplicate payment is identified by the user or NTG Fight & Fitness Singapore:
• A full refund of the excess amount will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.

4. Cancellations of Scheduled Classes or Personal Training
a. Member-Initiated Class Cancellation
• Classes can be cancelled via our booking platform or app at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in the session being marked as used.
• No monetary refund is applicable in case of missed sessions.

b. Personal Training Sessions
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid session deduction.
• Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are chargeable or deducted from the package.

c. Company-Initiated Cancellation
• If NTG Fight & Fitness Singapore cancels a class or session due to internal reasons (e.g. trainer absence, facility issue), members will be offered an alternative class or time slot

5. Membership Pausing & Deferral (Travel or Medical Reasons)
Members may pause their membership due to travel or injury as per the following terms:
• Travel period must be longer than three consecutive weeks.
• Notice must be sent via email (hello@ntgfightsg.com) at least 7 days in advance, along with supporting documents (flight tickets, Medical proof abstaining from gym training etc.).
• Maximum pause duration: 6 weeks per calendar year.
• The paused days will be added to the end of the existing membership period.
• Pausing the membership is not a refund substitute.

6. Workshop, Event & Seminar Bookings
• Workshop, seminar, and special event bookings are non-refundable once confirmed unless the event is cancelled by NTG Fight & Fitness Singapore.
• If the event is rescheduled, your booking will be carried forward to the new date.
• In case of a cancellation initiated by NTG Fight & Fitness Singapore, a full refund or credit will be provided.

7. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
• Processing time: 14 to 30 business days
• Administrative charges (if applicable) will be deducted before refund issuance.

8. Dispute Resolution
In case of dissatisfaction or billing disputes:

• Provide details including payment receipt, membership ID, and reason for dispute.
• Our team will respond within 5–7 business days.

9. Modifications to the Policy
NTG Fight & Fitness Singapore reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy without prior notice. The latest version will always be published on our website.
